WHO ARE WE
We are a group of innovative and creative creatures, serving under the national umbrella youth organization of Nazareth Baptist church known as NABACHU. We are Fueled by the desire of bringing radical change to the congregation, with various innovative and prosperous activities that doesn't violate the congregation's amendments.
VISION
An Africanised community of financial stable and independent youth of ibandla lama Nazaretha asebuhleni. A Community that doesn’t seek identity but can be defined by it true deeply rooted African identity, a community that values and valued by it deep and strong unmodified Nazareth and African roots. As history books defined a man who doesn't know where he came from as a man who doesn't know where is going.
MISSION
Culturasation through religion, by fighting against disconnection of heritage and culture. Create a community around our programs and raise enough funds to support propelling church activities inline with our vision. It's also in our best of interest facilitating and monitoring that our youth is not only unemployable rather unemployed as a result of unfavorable economic factors resulting in scarcity of jobs. Last but not limited to; creating employers rather than employees.
OBJECTIVES
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Facilitate access to mobility and progression within different career paths through partnerships with high quality education training hubs. Making sure that our youth is not employed due to the fact that they are unemployable, rather unemployed due to unfavorable economic factors leading to job scarcity.
Offer bursaries to competent/deserving university and college students of ibandla lama Nazaretha aseBuhleni.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Empower our youth with exclusive various entrepreneurial skills, Promoting self-employment with our mind blowing programs and partnerships. Fund startups and expanding businesses owned by the youth ibandla lamaNazaretha
asebuhleni.
ADVICE AND REFERRAL
Link our youth with different specialist on a number of issues such as;

SOCIAL RELIEF
Identify individuals seriously in need of essential human basic needs, assess them with a valid social relief assessing criteria and offer support as far as we possibly could on basic needs such as;

Water
And also collaborate with other organisations mainly focused on the above mentioned, in order to deliver a consistently positive service to members of Nazaretha Baptist Church of ibandla laseBuhleni bamaNazaretha, mostly the youth but not limited to.
